I’m a poet and essayist from Tucson, Arizona. My parents are Ukrainian and Russian émigrés. My favorite hot dog varietal is Sonoran. My favorite tree species is weeping willow. I’m listening to Bill Evans.

I received my MFA in Creative Writing from Syracuse University. I grill Hofmann franks and teach writing in Syracuse, New York. My first full-length book of prose poems, American Loon, is forthcoming from Burnside Review Press in 2027.
